Green Chutney stuffed crispy Paneer Pakoda as my evening snacking.
Steps

Marinade paneer pieces with salt + chat masala and keep rest for 15 - 20 minutes.

Make pockets in each pieces, just make slits in the middle so that Chutney can be stuffed.

In a mixing bowl add Besan + salt + carom seeds + pepper powder + water and make a thick and dropping consistency batter.

Now stuff / fill green Chutney in the pocket of each pieces with help of a knife.

Now in moderately heated pan add oil, coat paneer pieces in batter and drop in oil and shallow / deep fry for 2-3 minutes under low to medium flame.

Flip the other side and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Fry the sides too.

Paneer Pakoda is fried.

Serve with green Chutney and tomato sauce.
