Steps
- 1
First take enough water. Let it come to a boil, then add some salt and add a tsp of oil in it. Give it a mix then add the pastas in it. Mix it once again. Now let the pastas boil till 90 percent then strain them over a strainer; pour a glass of cold water over it and sprinkle a tsp of oil and coat it well with the pastas. By doing so, won't make the pastas stick to each other.

Now heat a pan, add a tbsp of oil in it. Then add chopped garlic and let it fry on a low flame until the raw smell of the garlic goes off. Now add broccoli, chopped mushrooms and chopped green chillies and mix it. Let them cook for about a minute.

Then add rest of the veggies like sliced red and yellow bell pepper. Now give everything a good mix. Now saute all the veggies for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add the boiled pastas in it, then add some chopped green olives, some chilli flakes, some oregano herbs, some salt, some sugar, some pepper powder, some vinegar, green chilli sauce and some tomato ketchup. Now give everything a good mix. Finally add some chopped cilantro and give it a final toss.
