In a bowl Mix all the ingredients,

Add warm milk little by little and prepare dough like chappathi mix, cover and keep for 15min

Divide the dough into 3 portions, and roll 1/4 inch thickness

Cut into your desire shape and spread on the dusted tray and keep for 15 min

Add oil in a deep pan, fry by batch in medium flame until golden brown, when cool keep it in a air tight container

Serve with evening coffee or tea
