Cut and wash the palak 3 to 4 times.

Boil it and grind it with blender.

Cook the palak at medium flame. When water evaporate add half cup oil and fry the palak.

Now make chicken masala :
Take pan add oil. Fry piyaz then add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste. - 5
Add chicken and fry it. Add tomatoes, all spices add little water. Cook it until chicken become tender.

When oil separate.add whole garam masala. Mix it. Now add palak and litely bhonify.

Add milk and mix it. Cook it 20 mnt in very slow heat.

When oil sepatates tasty and yummy palak chicken is ready. Serve it with zeera rice.
