Steps

Soak chickpeas overnight and then boil them and keep aside

In a vessel heat oil add onions chopped and fry till golden brown.

Remove them and cool and in a grinder grind the fried onions

Pour the paste in the vessel and saute add tomatoes pureed.then add all the above spices along with ginger garlic paste.saute till oil seperates and the spices are cooked well

Now add boiled chickpeas.

Finally add cream and garnish with coriander leaves

Enjoy with puris or chapatis
