Boil milk add sugar, grated chocolate, cocoa powder and stir continuously until every thing is mixed well.

Mix cornflour with little milk. It should be without lumps. Add to the boiling chocolate custard. Once everything comes together switch off the flame.

Mix melted butter and crushed biscuits.

In a serving glass fill 1' inch of crushed biscuits, on top make a layer of chocolate custard, on top arrange rasmalai and sprinkle chopped nuts.

Chill for 2-3 hrs. Chocolate Rasmalai Parfait is ready to serve.
