Parsley potatoes
Steps

Peel, cut and wash your potatoes. Put in a pot with enough water to cover the potatoes. Add salt.

Bring to a boil, then lower the flame and boil gently for about 15 minutes or till a fork can pierce the potatoes. Drain.

Put potatoes in a bowl. Add your chopped parsley. Sprinkle with paprika. Drizzle generously with melted butter.

Toss thoroughly to combine. Serve and enjoy.
