Steps

First, you're going to want to prep the Chips by rolling them into form... You're going to prep them furthur by Adding Vegetable/Olive Oil to a pan with the thick (or even thin) cuts of fruits and vegetables...

Let it rest with nothing more in it for about 10 minutes

Then you're going to add boiling hot water to the prepped pan.

Then, you're going to immediately transfer to the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour (pending on how crispy you want it...)

Now, you will take your second pan and fill it with more oil and room temperature water while you wait.

When the time has passed you're going to transfer the chips to the newer pan and place them in the over at approximately 275 Degrees Farenheight for about 30-45 minutes (again, depending on the crispness you desire).

When that time has passed, you're going to extract the chips and place them immediately into a deep Fryer (or Air Fryer depending on whichever you prefer)... and let them fry for about 5 minutes...

Let rest for 5-10 minutes in refrigerator, add salt, and dig in!
