  2. 1daikon radish
  3. Seasonings
  4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. Rock sugar, to taste
  8. Green onions and ginger, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the pork ribs and blanch them. Cut the daikon into pieces.
