Baked cheddar pickle crisps

I got this online. I wanted something that was "bad" but good. Meaning it tastes like it's unhealthy but is actually healthier than actual fried pickles. This was it!

I got this online. I wanted something that was "bad" but good. Meaning it tastes like it's unhealthy but is actually healthier than actual fried pickles. This was it!
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- 2
Spray a tiny bit of oil on the bottom of a mini muffin pan.
- 3
Lay out paper towels and drain pickle slices so they are dry. As they drain sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom of each cup.
- 4
Next, lay the pickles on the cheese. Finally sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for around 15 minutes.
- 5
Pull out and let it cool for a couple of minutes. I took a butter knife and gently popped out the crisps on paper towels to drain off grease.
- 6
Served with spicy ranch.
- 7
Notes- I wiped around each cup so that the rims would not burn.
* I used jar pickles that were thin. To get more pickle taste, I want to try a thicker sliced pickle. Maybe even bread and butter pickles.
