1daikon
1 packpork feet
2star anise
2 piecesginger
1 piecelemon peel
1 tspsoy sauce
1 tspdark soy sauce
1 tbspcooking wine
1 glasswater

Steps

Wash and boil feet for five mins. Then wash again.

Sautee ginger, star anise with oil then add pork.

Keep mixing until it turn golden brown.

Then add all ings except daikon. Add water. Boil for 45 mins until it is soft, then addd is daikon. Continue cooking until daikon is soft.
