  • 1 bowlgram flour
  • 4potatoes
  • 1/4 tablespoonchilli powder
  • 1/4 tablespoongaram masala
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • As neededwater
  • As RequiredOil to deep frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all Peel and cut the potato in finger shape. Mix all the ingredients for making the batter in a mixing bowl and make a batter. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Dip potato Fingers in Gram flour mixture and deep fry till golden brown colour.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
