Tiger nut and coconut drink

Wash your tiger nut thoroughly,break the dates,remove the seeds and wash it too. Soak them together in warm water or boil them together.

Wash and cut the coconut into small pieces and pour into your blender then add the soaked tigernut and dates into the blender
- 3
Add water and blend until smooth
Sieve it and add sugar or honey with ice (serve cold)
