In a blender jar add 1/2 cup milk + sugar + chopped banana + chocolate pieces and blend all together into a smooth paste, then add leftover milk and blend well.
Smoothie is ready.

Transfer to serving glass and garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle Choco chips.
