  2. Onions
  3. Cooking oil
  4. Salt
  5. Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the omena

  2. 2

    In a sufuria on a low heat dry the omena

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil and a pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Add onion till it browns the add tomato and stir till it forms sauce

  5. 5

    Let it cook and serve with ugali and kales
