Ingredients

  1. 1.5onion finely chopped
  2. Paprika finely chopped
  3. 1 inchginger finely chopped
  4. 2garlic cloves finely chopped
  5. 2chillies finely chopped
  6. 1 inchChicken chunks marinated in soy, s&p, garlic powder
  7. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 1 tbspOyster sauce
  9. 1 tbspvinegar
  10. Pinchhoney or sugar

    Heat oil in pan

  2. 2

    Add marinated chicken and stir fry

  3. 3

    Take it out once chicken is mostly cooked

  4. 4

    Heat more oil

  5. 5

    Saute onion.

  6. 6

    Saute GGC

  7. 7

    Saute paprika

  8. 8

    Add soy sauce, vinegar and curry ketchup

  9. 9

    Season with salt and a pinch of sugar

  10. 10

    Garnish with chopped coriander
