Marinate the pork with a packet of Cholimex grilled meat marinade, a little honey, and oyster sauce. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Place the pork in an air fryer at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 8 minutes at 392°F (200°C).

To make the dipping sauce: Mix 5 tablespoons fish sauce, 15 tablespoons hot water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. Add minced garlic and chopped chili. Add some thinly sliced kohlrabi and carrot.

Wash the herbs thoroughly and soak them in salted water. Slice cucumber into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Cut the rice vermicelli into portions.
