Veg Manchurian noodles 😋

In a mixing બાઉલ, combine your shredded cabbage, ginger-garlic-green Chili paste, Garam masala, lal mirch powder, salt, cornflour, Maida. Mix it well.

Now fry this mixture in ping pong ball-sized portions until they are crispy and golden brown. Once they're done, remove them on a paper towel.

Cook the noodles as per the packaging instructions and set them aside.
Heat a pan on high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once it's hot, add your finely chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped Capsicum, chopped carrot & chopped cabbage. Then add black pepper, salt, ketchup, Red Chili sauce & soya sauce. Then add water.

Now add the tablespoon of cornflour to a કપ of water and add this mixture to your Pan.

Once it gets thickened, add the noodles; then add your fried Manchurian to the sauce and let it boil for another minute, then toss everything together for a few seconds, and it's ready to serve.
