Cut the chicken pieces in a square shape.
In a bowl, mix together curd, cumin powder, turmeric, chilli powder, mango powder, black pepper, Kasuri methi,1 teaspoon oil, lemon juice and salt.
Add in the Chicken pieces and coat the mixture all over. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes for marination - 2
Heat a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of. Place the chicken pieces in the pan in batches.
Flip and cook both the sides for 2-3 minutes each side.
Take them out on a plate. Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces.
Now place 4-5 pieces of chicken on a skewer and repeat the same with the remaini pieces.
Place the skewers on a wire rack and then directly on the gas flame.
Cook for just 1 minute on both sides.
Take out on a plate. Squeeze some lemon juice over and serve with some lettuce or cabbage leaves - 3
