Ingredients

  • 1 cuppeanuts
  • 1 cupcorn kernels
  • 1 cupsprouted green peas
  • 2 big sizedtomatoes
  • 1 Big sizedOnion
  • 3stem of spring onions greens
  • 3stem of spring onions whites
  • Handfulcoriander leaves
  • 2chopped green chillies (optional)
  • 1Juice of lime
  • 3 tbspOlive oil
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 cuptahini paste
  • 1/2 tsppink salt

    For this delicious recipe, you can choose any veggies of your choice. You can add carrots, capsicum, paneer, olives, or anything you like or you have in your kitchen. You can use homemade tahini paste also. Green chilies are optional. You can add more or less or simply skip totally up to you. Firstly finely chop all the veggies. It must be bite-size.

    In a wok add 1 tbsp oil and fry the peanut on medium flame until done then take it out. In the same remaining oil fry the green peas sprouts then take them out and again in the same pan without adding and oil fry the corn kernels then take this also out in a bowl. Now keep them aside to cool down and meanwhile let's prepare the dressing.

    For the dressing add salt and red chili powder to taste then 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well. The dressing is ready. You can prepare any dressing of your choice. You can even serve it with plain mayonnaise or garlic mayonnaise. Now let's make the salad for that take a big bowl and add all the veggies in it along with the sauted peanuts, corn kernels, and sprouted green peas.

    Now add the remaining lime juice and all the remaining spices to it and mix it really well. You can always adjust the spices according to your taste. Add sea salt and pink salt at the end along with the olive oil and mix again. And it's ready to be served. Add the dressing only at the time of serving. Have it in breakfast or as a snack or in a lunch box or even for weight loss this salad recipe is amazing.
