Beef Burgers

Gather the ingredients and place the ground beef in a bowl to start adding other ingredients.

Finely chop the tomato and onion to mix into the beef along with finely chopped cilantro. Mix well.

Peel and grate the apple over the beef and mix well.

Add Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, and mixed herbs, then mix again.

Crush the garlic and continue mixing.

Add the breadcrumbs and eggs, and mix until everything is well incorporated.

Finely chop the bacon and add it to the beef, mixing again.

Once everything is mixed, divide into 8 equal parts to form the burgers. Take one portion in your hand and shape it into a burger. With a pan over medium heat and a little oil, cook the burgers for 7 to 8 minutes on each side.

Once the burgers are ready, have American cheese, chopped lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup ready.

Spread mustard on the bottom bun, mayonnaise and ketchup on the top bun, and add the rest of the ingredients to assemble your burger. Enjoy your meal!
