Boil hot water and dissolve 1 tsp salt, wash the ribs in boiling water until dark blood bubbles appear. This step helps clean the rib smell and dirty blood.

Wash ribs under faucet, rinse them and put in clean big bowl. Seasoning fish sauce, chicken powder, and sugar. Leave for 15 mins

Place ribs in the air fryer, 350F for 10 mins for 1st fry. Turn other side and fry 320F for next 10mins for the last fry. Meanwhile, ground garlic, lemongrass, and chili pepper.

When ribs are done. Heat another pan with 2 tsp oil and fry garlic, lemongrass, and pepper till the smell appears, then put all ribs and mix well. When lemongrass turns yellow, it’s ready to serve
