Peel and grate carrots, fry in 2tbs of ghee, add milk, milk powder, dry fruits powder,sugar and cook for 15 min

For making gulabjam, add 1tbs maida in 250gm khova make balls, fry in ghee and soak in sugar syrup
- 3
For making rabdi, reduce 1 litre milk to 250ml add sugar, vilayachi powder and Dry fruits powder and keshar
- 4
For serving take small glass pur gajar halwa ar bottom,then spread thick Rabdi, grate white chocolate and put gulabjam over it and some dry fruits and keshar
