Crispie Poha Potato Tikki Burger

Steps

Wash and soak poha in water for 5 minutes. Drain wayer and keep aside.

Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Add drained poha and mix.

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, grated ginger. Add all dry masale ingredients and mix thoroughly and make a dough. Now take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make tikkis. Likewise make all the tikkis. I have prepared 8 tikkis with the mixture.

Now heat a non-stick griddle and put two spoon cooking oil and place tikkis over it (you can shallow fry 3 tikkis at a time) and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Remove it in a plate.

Now place 1 tsp Cooking Oil on griddle and roast buns from both sides till golden brown colour. I have taken harvest gold buns.

Now apply mint chutney over the half bun and place the tikki on one half of bun. Apply tomato ketchup over the other half of bun and place it over tikki. Press it with spetula and serve immediately with mint chutney. Kids' all time favourite snack.
