  1. 1/2 cupbesan
  2. 2 Cupcurd Sour
  3. 1 tablespoonred chili powder
  4. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  5. As neededsalt
  6. 1/2teaspoon Garam Masala
  7. as neededOil
  8. 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 4curry leaves
  11. 1whole red chilli
  12. 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  13. 1onion
  14. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  15. 1 tablespooncoriander powder

    Put curd,besan, Turmeric powder,salt in a mixie and grind it twice.

    Take a karahi,pour 2 tbsp of oil with bay leaf,whole red chilli,curry leaves and cumin seeds.When they crackle up,add thin sliced onions and ginger garlic paste & cook them till they become light brown in colour.Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute for few seconds.

    Now put the grinded curd paste in it.Add 2 -3 glass of water in it and cook till it becomes thick on a low flame.

    Take a bowl,add besan,salt,carom seeds,red chilli powder and chopped onions,mix well with the help of water,Make a thick batter of it.Add oil in a Kadhai and make pakoras from the batter.

    Before serving add pakoras in it and garnish with kasuri methi.serve hot kadhi with rice.
