Cooking Instructions

Take the curd in a bowl. Add besan, add water until the consistency is not too think not too thin. Leave it aside.

Take a pan, heat the oil. Once heated add cumin seeds, bay leave and whole red chilli with a pinch of hing. Add sliced onions and sauté for few seconds.

Now add the ginger garlic paste, sauté for few seconds.

Now add the palak and mix well.

Now add all the dry masala and mix well.

Lastly, sauté for few seconds. Take the prepared curd mixture and add it in. Add salt and lemon juice and let it boil for 2 mins.

Your palak kadhi is ready you can serve with rice or chapati as well.
