Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 headiceberg lettuce
  • 1small red onion, chopped
  • 1small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz)bag frozen peas
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 (2.8 oz)bag bacon bits
  • 3-4 cupsmayonnaise
  • 2-3 cupssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Layer lettuce, onion, green pepper, peas, cheeseand bacon bits in a 9x 13” pan. Refrigerate.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, mix or whip the mayonnaise and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over salad 15 minutes before serving.
