  • 2potatoes
  • 1 tbscornflour
  • 1 tsppaprika powder
  • Salt according to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

  1. 1

    Peel and cut potatoes into fingers. Add corn flour, salt and paprika powder.

    Sprinkle on potatoes and toss it well.

    Heat oil in a wok then fry potatoes in it until golden and crispy. Drain access oil in kitchen towel.

    Serve it with ketchup or mayonnaise.
