Thalipeeth from Leftover Pithala or besan curry

In the makeover of leftover Pithala which is a staple maharashtrian curry dish eaten with bhakri ( sorghum millet bread), I have made Thalipeeth from it and it tastes so delicious!
Thalipeeth is an all time teatime snack cum breakfast favourite recipe of Maharashtra and now famous everywhere. Made as a savoury skillet pressed bread cum pancake with whole wheat flour, besan( gram flour) , onions, spices and eaten with curd, pickle and a dollop of butter! It tastes so very delicious. Enjoy! #LKM #cookpadindia #healthy
