The blend of the Cheese spread bread, crunchy vegetables, melting cheese and our all-time favourite chicken salami truly make for a scrumptious breakfast or evening snack.

In a pan heat olive oil and sauté chicken salami on both sides for a few minutes. Now place the cheese slice in between two chicken salami and keep aside.

In a separate bowl add mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, capsicum, and oregano, mix well.

Apply cheese spread or butter on bread slices. Place lettuce bed and layer it with mayonnaise mixture.

Now add chicken salami with cheese slice and layer it with tomatoes and jalapenos sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Cover with another slice of bread and press it gently and cut into a triangle or square.

Have this healthy and quick sandwich as a morning breakfast or evening snack.
