This is a unique recipe - very easy,quick and nutritious one.You can make it quickly at tea time.These spicy semolina Bites are made with semolina,paneer and milk ,dipped in gram flour batter.All my friends love it.Do try this recipe , amazing one.#TTR#

Boil milk,add semolina,paneer green chilli and ginger.Keep on stirring on low flame, until it leaves the pan.It will become dough like consistency.

Grease a thali,remove the dough from pan to thali, spread it evenly with the help of a spatula.Let it cool.

In the mean time make a batter with gram flour,salt,garlic,carom seeds green chilli and water.Add water little by little,so that there should be no lumps.

Now take a cookie cutter,cut semolina mixture flower or any other desired shape.

Heat oil in a pan,dip one flower in the gram batter and deep fry in oil.(First in medium hot oil and then flip it over,fry on both the sides until golden brown.)

Your yummy and spicy semolina Bites are ready to serve.Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
