Ingredients

1/4 cupbread crumbs
2eggs
1small onion finely chopped
1/2 tspChilli flakes
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspoil

Steps

Take edges of bread slices and grind them in a grinding jar to make its crumbs.

Break the eggs in a bowl. Whisk well.add Chilli flakes,salt and pepper powder.mix it add chopped onion and bread crumbs. mix again.(if it seems thick add 1tbsp water.)

Heat a non-stick pan add oil and heat it. Turn the flame low.Then pour the prepared mixture in the pan and spread evenly with a spoon. Cook from one side for a minute then flip it and cook from other side till it looks golden.

Transfer in a plate cut into desire shape and serve hot with ketchup.
