Samak Rice kheer
Steps

Wash the rice & mix it with ghee. Keep aside. In a large bowl, boil the milk well.

Then add rice & cashew nuts in milk & cook it for 15 minutes in medium to low flame.

Then add sugar & cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. Add cardamom powder & raisin. Cool it. Then Samak rice kheer is ready to be serve. Garnish it with almond & raisin.
