My dear friend and cookpad amazing cook, my inspiration @Arifa fed me in one of the get together. And I became a fan of her cooking. I bookmarked it from such a long time. But this Ramadan weekend, I rolled up my sleeves and made it. Fortunately, These aloo samosay was selling by a man ar the corner of my home but not with this chutney. So I asked my nephew to bring it hot andthe. i pour aloo chutney and serve at iftar table.

Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes and mash it. Put it in blender, add salt and chilies

Cumin powder, red chili flakes and chinese salt.

Add color and pour imli ka pulp.

Blend it well and pour into bowl.

Pour it on hot crunchy Aloo samosay and serve.
