Finely Chopped all the veggies..
Now add eggs n beat it well..
Add above-mentioned spices n mix again

Add butter in pan n let it melt..
Now take the bread n cut it into square from centre as shown..
Now place this on greased pan n cook for few seconds..

Now add egg mixture in centre n place remaining cutter slice..
turn the side in between..
Do the same with all slices...

Apply the sauce on omelette bread,
Cover it with other omelette slice...
Serve it..
