Roll of puff pastry
Organic pear jam
Cinnamon
Brown sugar
Melted butter

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roll out the pastry, spread jam on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon

Cut into equal strips

Roll up and glaze with melted butter. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Pop in the oven for about 12-15 mins
