Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmaida
  2. 5 tspwheat flour
  3. as neededcurd
  4. 1 bowlurad
  5. 1/4 bowlRajma
  6. 2 tablespoonbutter
  7. 2 tspfresh cream
  8. 2 tspginger,garlic paste
  9. 2onion finely chopped
  10. 2tomato finely chopped
  11. as per taste Salt
  12. as per taste Red chilli
  13. 1 tspturmeric powder
  14. Handfulcoriander leaves
  15. 2 tablespoonghee or oil
  16. 1/4 tablespooncumin seed
  17. 1 teaspoondal makhani masala

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boiled the urad and rajma. Take a pan heat ghee and add cumin seeds then onion, ginger garlic paste, cook it till it's brown, now add tomato cook it well.

    Add all spices and salt. At last add boiled urad and rajma add cream and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes and add daal makhani masala coriander leaves

    Make a dough of maida and wheat flour with adding some curd and water. Take some dough and make a shape of naan, heat tawa and cook it both side.

    Now serve dal makhani with butter and naan.
