Sabudana Uttapam makes a perfect Vrat recipe as it is light on the stomach and prepares quickly without much effort

Wash and soak samo and sabudana in enough water in separate container for about 6 hours.

Grind it to a smooth paste

In a bowl add yogurt,salt and the ground paste and make a batter of pouring consistency.

Add finely grated or mashed boiled potato and mix. Mix chopped coriander leaves.

Now Grease a non-stick griddle and pour a ladle full of batter.
Spread to make a medium thick pancake.
Sprinkle pepper powder,cumin seeds,green chilies and fresh coriander. - 6
Flip the side and roast from other side also. Drizzle some ghee or oil on the pancake.
When it is golden then flip the side and cook from other side. - 7
When become golden then remove from the pan.

Serve hot with chutney of your choice. I have served it with falahari vrat aloo subji.
