Grind soaked sabudana. Mix sabudana flour, soaked sabudana paste,arbi,salt and black pepper to make soft dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts.

Fill your Sev machine with one part. Grease idli moulds and fill them with sabudana Sev.

Boil water for steaming. Steam sabudana idiyappam for 7-8 min.Switch off the gas.Let it cool.Demould all idiyappams.

Grind all the ingredients of coconut chutney except black pepper and oil.Heat oil in a tadka pan,add black pepper and mix in the chutney.

Your delicious sabudana idiyappam and sweet coconut chutney is ready to serve.
