2overripped plantain
4 cupsflour
2 tbspyeast
1/4 cupsugar
Pinchsalt
Warm water
Veg oil

In a bowl add the ripe plantain use potato smasher and smashed it very well

Add the flour, yeast, salt and sugar add warm water to make the puff puff batter,

Cover and allow to rise for at least 30-40minutes
4

Serve and enjoy.

Heat the vegetable oil and fry the puff puff till golden brown.
