In a mixer(I used standing mixer in making this bread) or bowl add yeast to warm milk and 3tbsp of sugar. Let it sit for 2mins then add your egg and mix.

Then Add flour, salt, oil, butter scotch and milk flavor
Mix for 5mins until dough is formed.
If you aren’t using a mixer, oil or dust a surface and Knead for 5mins. - 3
Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour

After 1 hour the dough is expected to double in size

Cut into desired size and roll into balls
Grease pan and place in a pan
Cover to double size for 20min in pan - 6
Egg wash and bake for 20mins thou depending on the type of oven you use.

Done!! Serve with tea or use as hamburger bread to make your burgers and sandwiches
