Wash beef thoroughly. Put in a pot, add water, and set on a flame. Add your sliced onion and crushed garlic. Add ginger powder. Season with salt and seasoning cube. Cover and allow to boil.

Debone and wash your your dried fish. Add to your pot of cooking meat. Cover and allow to cook till beef and fish are tender and well cooked.

Add palm oil in another pot, heat then add your pepper paste. Remove beef from the broth and add to your pot. Allow pepper paste and beef to fry, stirring at intervals.

Add your beef broth to the pot. Add enough water for the quantity of soup you require. Lower flame and allow to cook.
Pound your groundnut in a mortar. Pack in a bowl and keep aside. Pound your clean dried moringa in the mortar. Pack and keep aside - 5
Add your pounded groundnut to the pot of soup. Stir and allow to cook. Allow to boil till it reaches your desired consistency or thickness. Stir, taste and correct your seasonings. Add your pounded dried moringa leaves. Allow cook on low heat till well cooked.

Serve with swallow of choice. I served mine with tuwon shinkafa.
