3boiled potatoes
to tasteSalt
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
1 spoonchaat masala
1/2 spoongaram masala
as per needed black pepper slightly
As neededginger garlic paste

For the dough mix the flour salt and water knead a stirr dough....

For the filling,mix and mash all the ingredients along with potatoes.....

Take a portion of dough and roll it out.. now stuff it and roll....

Cook it on a hot iron plate with clearified butter or oil....

Serve hot with curd or pickle......
