Take a pan and heat desi ghee now put daliya and roast daliya by stirring continuously.

Now add water and boil daliya till cook well. Cook on medium flame. Then add milk and sugar. Mix properly.

Cooked for 5 minutes on low flame. Now off the flame. Sweet daliya is ready to eat.
