  • 1onion
  • 4big potatoes
  • 200 grspinach
  • 3 tboil
  • 750 mlwater
  • 1 tbgrated ginger
  • 3 clovesgarlic grated
  • 1 tbbrown mustard seeds
  • 2 tbgaram massala
  • 2 tbturmeric
  • 3dried whole chilies
  • 1 tbcumin

  1. 1

    Cut the onion.
    Fry onion with spices, garlic and ginger in oil for about 5 min

  2. 2

    Clean and dice potatoes.
    Add potatoes to onions cover with salted water.
    Cook until tender
