Bread pockets is a new addition to tea iftar treats this year.made very easily and choice of fillings is vast from vegies to meat & from eggs to pasta.dont think that bread corners are wasted by cutting a round piece from it. I have turned leftover bread into bread crumbs and use it for coating. Just dry roast the bread and chop them grinder or chopper and vola 😊😊

Take 2 bread slices together. Flat them with help of rolling pin.now cut round piece as shown in picture

Beat one egg.take bread crumbs in an open plate.dip the bread round piece in egg first then coat in bread crumbs nicely

Deep fry the pockets in hot oil at medium flame til golden.cut the pockets in half.

Boil one potato and mash it. Plain boil chicken and shred it.mix chicken & potato along with chop chilli,chop green of spring onion, seasonings and garlic mayonnaise.
Mix all nicely to avoid lumps and have a smooth mixture. - 5
Add a spoonful of filling in each pocket smoothly. Enjoy a lovely yummy treat ss a snack or light lunch 😋😋
