Sift the flour, add the dry ingredients, and mix well.

Add the warm water and oil, then knead until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling: Finely chop the tomato and finely dice the onion.

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add the tomato, and cook until the liquid evaporates. Add the onion and sauté until soft.

Add the ground meat and spices, and cook, stirring, until the meat is about halfway cooked. Remove from heat (it will finish cooking in the oven).

Once the dough has risen, knead it briefly to release air, then divide into 6 medium balls. Dust your baking sheet and work surface with flour to prevent sticking.

Roll each dough ball into a thin circle. Place on the baking sheet, poke holes in the dough with a fork, then spread the filling on top, leaving about a 1/2-inch (1 cm) border.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover until ready to serve.

Serve as an appetizer with grilled meats. Enjoy!
