Roohafza is a great option in Ramadan and it's quite famous Coolant widely used in the Indian Subcontinent. Most of the Asian Countries know about this and it is absolutely a hit in both India and Pakistan.

Blend all the ingredients for a good 5 minutes. Use the pulse button for this until you get a creamy foam on the top.

If desired, whisk also can be used but that takes a lot of time. Blending is the easiest option.

Sugar can be increased or decreased. Dry fruits of your choice can be used. This makes the drink even more healthy. Yogurt should be homemade for the best results. Roohafza can also be increased if desired but do not add more because it gives a bitter taste otherwise. Refrigerate it until ready to serve. It tastes awesome when served chilled.
