In a pot, add together scotch bonnets, bell pepper, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, seasoning and mixed spices

Add 1-2 cups of water and bring to a boil

Add fish, chopped onions and spring onions

Cover pot and cook over medium-low heat for 10-15mins

Garnish with green pepper

Serve!
