Ingredients

  • Catfish (cut and cleaned)
  • Scotch bonnets (chopped)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Red bell pepper (chopped)
  • Fresh ginger (grated)
  • Seasoning
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Mixed spices for peppersoup
  • Green pepper (for garnishing)
  • Salt
  • Tomato paste
  • Spring onions (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, add together scotch bonnets, bell pepper, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, seasoning and mixed spices

    Add 1-2 cups of water and bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Add fish, chopped onions and spring onions

  4. 4

    Cover pot and cook over medium-low heat for 10-15mins

  5. 5

    Garnish with green pepper

  6. 6

    Serve!
