Ingredients

  • 1_1/2 glass cold milk
  • 1/2 cupRooh Afza sharbat
  • 2 tspbasil seeds /tukhmebalanga
  • 1 cupvanilla ice cream
  • Nuts to garnish
  • Rose petals (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend milk and Roohafza syrup together and pour in serving glasses

  2. 2

    Add basil seeds and nuts than add scoop of Ice cream cream on it. I also added few rose petals which gave a rich flavour
